Santoku 170x45mm, San Maï hand forged from 26C3 high carbon steel core and mild steel clad in Sheffield. 

A good all rounder knife, thin behind the edge. 

Kurouchi with flat grind (etched). Double bevel. 

Weight : 147 gr / Balance point : At the emoto

Wa handle made from American black walnut ferrule and ebonised English Oak, 150mm length.
