Long paring knife with a strong distal taper and a thin tip. 

Kurouchi with Satin finish and flat grind. Double bevel

Weight : 121 gr / Balance point : At the maker mark

Distal taper from 4.30mm to 2.80mm to 1.mm

Wa handle made from English Oak (Quercus robur), 145mm length.

Overall length : 330mm
