Ko-Santoku 130x45mm, San Maï hand forged from 135Cr3 Core and pure iron clad in Sheffield. 

Kurouchi finish with flat grind. Double bevel

Weight : 131 gr. 

Distal taper from 4.36mm to 2.80mm to 0.80mm (Emoto - mid blade - 1 cm from the tip)

Wa handle made from European Walnut, 125mm length.
