Honesuki 145x31mm, Monosteel hand forged in Sheffield from 115CrV3 high carbon steel.

Satin finish and flat grind. Double bevel

Weight : 118 gr / Balance point : at the heel

Distal taper from 4.80mm to 3.60mm to 1.70mm. 

Hybrid (Wa and bird beak) handle made from Ebonised English Oak and white G10 spacer (Quercus robur), 125mm length.

Overall length : 285mm
