Santoku 165mm

Santoku 165x50mm, San-maï hand forged from 135Cr3 high carbon steel core and soft steel clad in Sheffield. 

This is a workhorse Santoku. Thick spine the blade taper to a very thin tip. The geometry should bring speed when cutting but with a good penetration. The bird beak 2 tones handle complement the blade very well. 

Convex profile with slightly convex bevel, satin finish. Double bevel

Weight : 151 gr / Balance point : At the maker mark

Signature bird beak handle made from American Black walnut ferrule and ebonised English Oak, 150mm length.
