Tall Santoku 200x63mm, San Maï hand forged from 135Cr3 Core and Soft steel clad in Sheffield.

Kurouchi finish with slight convex grind. Double bevel

Weight : 214 gr. 

Distal taper from 5.40mm to 3.80mm to 1.00mm (Emoto - mid blade - 1 cm from the tip)

Wa handle made from Elm, 140mm length.

Overall length : 355mm
