Ko-Gyuto 175x43mm, San-maï hand forged from 26C3 high carbon steel core and pattern welded steel cladding (15n20 with EN40J) in Sheffield. 

Small Gyuto with a lovely home made damascus cladding.

Flat bevel, Etched / polish. Double bevel

Weight : 157 gr / Balance point : handle heavy 10mm from the maker mark

Wa handle made from a unique piece of English Bog Oak, 145mm length.

Overall length : 335mm
