Workhorse Gyuto with a very figured Elm burl. 

Kurouchi with flat grind and Satin finish. Double bevel

Weight : 213 gr / Balance point : Blade heavy

Distal taper from 5.40mm to 2.50mm to 0.65mm

Wa handle made from Black Walnut ferrule and Elm burl, 140mm length.
